Journal Alerts and RSS Feeds

Creating electronic journal alerts is an easy way to keep current on topics that interest you. DHS provides several databases that offer journal alerts services. Read the descriptions below and explore their options. In addition to email alerting services, many databases now offer RSS alerts.

Proquest: Create email alerts or RSS feeds without having to log in or create an account. Simply click on "Set up Alert" from your search result screen. To set up a new issue alert, search first by publication title. Alert Types: Saved Search, Table of Contents, RSS Start Searching

Ebsco: Click Sign In to create a My EBSCOHost account. Alert Types: Saved Search, Table of Contents, RSS Start Searching

InfoTRAC OneFile: Create email alerts or RSS feeds without having to log in or create an account. Just run a search and then select the "Create a Search Alert" link. At the next page choose either the email or RSS alert option. Start Searching
